Short drops are normal when your phone changes towers or goes underground. It reconnects by itself, and it comes from the local network, not your eSIM. Where the signal is weak, data is slower than on a local SIM because you are roaming. If it does not come back, turn aeroplane mode on and off.

Coverage & roaming

Valid only within Bermuda. This eSIM does not provide roaming coverage in any other country. Need multiple countries on one trip? Look for a regional plan instead.

Start within 58 days

Your plan starts when your phone first connects to a network in a country it covers, so you can buy ahead. If it hasn't started within 58 days of purchase, it expires and can't be used or refunded. Once it starts, your 1-day validity period runs continuously and can't be paused.
