3 GB Data Bundle

Short drops are normal when your phone changes towers or goes underground. It reconnects by itself, and it comes from the local network, not your eSIM. Where the signal is weak, data is slower than on a local SIM because you are roaming. If it does not come back, turn aeroplane mode on and off.

Valid only within Guadeloupe. This eSIM does not provide roaming coverage in any other country. Need multiple countries on one trip? Look for a regional plan instead.

3,000 MB, as the network measures it. Phones count data slightly differently, so yours may show a little less: about 0.96 GB on a 1 GB plan, for example.

We tell you when half and 80% of your data is used, by notification and text message, so you can top up in time. If it runs out, connect to Wi-Fi to top up in the app.

• ✓High-speed data on the strongest local networks
• ✓Validity counter starts on first connection, not at purchase
• ✓Hotspot / tethering enabled, no restrictions
• ✓Coverage across all regions of Guadeloupe
• ✓Keep your home number active for WhatsApp and calls

• →Voice and video calls work over this data: WhatsApp, FaceTime, Signal, Telegram and Teams all run normally.
• →Your own number stays on your home SIM, so bank and verification codes still arrive there as usual.
• ✕A separate phone number for this eSIM

This is a data plan. It does not add a second phone number, and it does not carry calls on the mobile network itself.

This eSIM can be topped up with more data anytime from your account, without needing a new eSIM.
